November 6, 2024: Weathered paint, crusted by seasons, clings to the door that has been rarely opened.
November 2, 2024: The mourning dove on the window sill remains calm, despite my flashlight and camera flashes. A small positive omen in the dark of night. You spend 5 seconds listening to something too closely and suddenly you know too much. Headlights pierce the veil of grey of dusk as I weave in and out of traffic.
